Clinical Program
Bone Reconstruction
Research into growth-factor and scaffold-based approaches to structural bone healing.

Therapeutic Area
Orthopedic Regeneration
Our Bone Reconstruction program studies how osteoinductive growth factors — including the bone morphogenetic proteins BMP-2 and BMP-7 — together with 3D-printed, cell-seeded scaffolds can guide mesenchymal stem cells toward osteoblast differentiation and vascularized bone formation. We follow the peer-reviewed literature on delivery kinetics and material design to understand how large bone defects might one day be repaired biologically rather than purely mechanically.
